Role snapshot:
You will with a cross-functional development team to deliver scope the product roadmap, groom the backlog, create story mapping and plan releases. You will apply a product-centric lense to define, visualise and execute delivery while ensuring all stakeholders are on the same page. You will be gathering requirements from both external and internal stakeholders and giving guidance on what is the most important feature to be delivered that will give the greatest impact. You will be comfortable translating those requirements into both functional and technical specifications that are easy to understand while still conveying a strong message. You will also be involved in final functional testing and documentation.
The fit (of the ideal candidate):
5+ years of proven experience in a Technical Business Analyst experience
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Persuasive skills to get things done
Ability to self-manage
Strong organisational, administrative and project management skills
Experience working with Jira
Proven experience testing web applications and mobile web automation
Experience developing test plans, test cases and other related documentation
Knowledge of full software development lifecycle
