Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and capture detailed data requirements
- Lead data migration activities
- Conduct data reconciliation and conversion between systems
- Create and execute SQL scripts
- Develop data migration strategy documents
- Assist in testing activities
- Assess reporting needs and create reports
- Develop data mapping design documents
- Act as the point of contact for data activities with internal and external stakeholders
- Apply project management methodologies to ensure successful delivery
- Lead the gathering of detailed data requirements
- Present analysis results effectively
- Provide guidance to stakeholders and assessors
- Ensure work reflects equity and Treaty obligations
- Build positive relationships across the organization and with external stakeholders
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Data Analysis
- Experience leading data analysis on system implementation projects, particularly in Payroll and/or HRIS
- Advanced knowledge of SQL and Excel
- Ability to present complex data to non-technical audiences
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
