About the role: Seeking a senior candidate with 5-7 years reporting experience to capture requirements from the business, transfer requirements into specifications, undertake the reporting development process and systems testing and remediation.
Required:
- Willing and experienced in coaching others including a junior to improve knowledge, capability and confidence
- Strong written ability for technical specifications and requirements
- High comfort level presenting to and interacting with cross-functional teams of both technical and non-technical staff at all organization levels
- Industry knowledge of quality programs, reporting, and business metrics preferred
- Experience with statistical analysis, data management, or analytics preferred
- Experience with data and analytics tools (e.g. SQL, LOGI, DAX, etc.) preferred
- Experience with object-oriented programming (Cache, Java) desirable
- Experience working with reporting tools (Crystal Reports and/or Business Objects)
- Ability to take on multiple projects, conduct webinar training/presentations at the same time and independently recognize areas for further improvement or focus
