The role:
You will be appointed on a contract assignment to support the programme is creating and updating the Salesforce CRM, several custom-built applications, Cloud path, Ruckus Smartzone controller.
You will primarily be to work with the project team business analysts and developers to build, implement and manage test cases for meeting the user requirements for the programme.
Responsibilities:
- Review and understanding of the project confluence page, user stories and success criteria
- Create, execute, and maintain test cases in Jira, this could be but not limited to: System, Integration, User Acceptance, Regression, Performance, Load, or stress
- Ensure all appropriate system data is created to perform test cases
- Work with the development team to resolve any defects identified
- Analysing the defects and bugs to identify what is causing them
- Provide reflective test reporting to the Project Manager
- Keeping written records of defects and bugs that are discovered during testing
- Developing or recommending solutions to fix any problems discovered during testing
- Keeping software and systems documentation up to date
You have:
- 6+ years of experience in unit, system, integration, UAT and regression testing
- Experience working with agile development
- Experience with Salesforce CRM and Jira test management
