The business:
This start-up has been created by some technology and business professionals who all have previous individual success stories in their resumes. They have created a buzz around a new fintech product offering and are now looking to complete their MVP for their eagerly awaiting future customers.
Your role:
Help to make some tweaks to the customer portal UI/UX
Help put together and design a corresponding sales info/pack
Customer journey map and make changes to the design as necessary
The skills and experience we need you to bring:
Must have 5+ years Web design experience UI/UX,
Experience with customer journey mapping, presentation design, interaction design.
Proven experience using sketch and/or photoshop, and invision (or similar set of tools)
Experience in web development would be an asset
Experience working on a customer portal project would be beneficial but not essential.
