The opportunity:

The opportunity for an effective, contemporary product development leader to bring new leadership to a business that has already brought to market a product portfolio currently worth more than $100M in revenue. Strong strategic thinking is required to bolster the delivery to market of a new IoT systems, from device to Cloud, delivery processes and look for opportunities to marry market demands with tech advancements. This role will be able to understand the commercial and technology whilst building an effective team, catering to the changing needs of the product suite. Executive Engineering Leadership:

The role breaks down into four core components:

Technology roadmap: vision creation and leadership; executive commercial skills combining to own this at the most senior level

People leadership: growth and management of your new team

Delivery leadership: build a culture of delivery, bake in predictable milestones/achievable goals for a multi-skilled team of engineers and experts in their field 

Exec leadership: Go to woah, internal teams/stakeholders, partners and suppliers

Emerging from a technical business or background in a technology vendor, you will have rolled out successful, scalable delivery within the IoT or similar product development domain. 

You’ll be confident building and executing against a roadmap and vision, contributing to strategy. Reporting directly to the CEO you'll marry hardware, software, delivery and commercial leadership in the fast-paced world of contemporary IoT product development.
