Based in Auckland, my client is a large non profit organisation that is a household name in New Zealand, providing funding to hundreds of communities and organisations around New Zealand every year.
The Opportunity:
To support their significant growth, they’re looking for a Data Analyst to create data analytics to help make better business decisions. Reporting to the Data Scientist Lead, you will be working closely extracting data, creating dashboards, presenting insights, as well as developing statistical modelling for Data Science purposes.
Your background:
- You will have come from a data analysis background and have a good understanding of how to build statistical models and manipulate large data sets for the purpose of generating reports and insights using Power BI and SQL.
- Good understanding of predictive models and experience using R or Python.
- Analytical and creative approach when working with large amounts of data.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for advising the teams.
