NZ owned IT Consultancy with several offices across New Zealand that takes on a variety of public and private sector projects.
The role
They're in need of a well skilled Senior Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant with a partiular focus on customer engagement. It is customer facing and requires broad knowledge of Dynamics 365.
Your role
Your role will be to focus on the customer engagement side of Dynamics 365 and work in a true consulting capacity. You must be able to demonstrate a thorough understanding of the functionality of Microsoft Dynamics 365, be familiar with some of the technical side such as the Power Platform and Dataverse Solution Delivery and have excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to work closely with others to gather business requirements.
Key requirements from you
- Strong experience delivering Dynamics 365 solutions in an Enterprise/vendor environment
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills and an ability to communicate clearly with others in the team
- Experience working with cloud technology
- An understanding of ClickDimensions
- Ability to train end end-users on Dynamics 365
- Sound understanding of most of the Microsoft technology stack - particularly the Power Platfrom
