The Applications Development team is responsible for our investment-related data and technology services. We deliver the tools and data required to ensure that our investment-related data can be trusted, understood and traced, while creating and maintaining high quality decision support tools.
A recent review of the Applications Development team has led to the creation of a newly designated Technical Support team, which sits between the business and the development team. The team will manage level 2 support and some level 1, when required. In time, the role is expected to contribute to level 3 enhancements. Leading this small team will be the newly created Manager, Investment Applications Technical Support, who will be involved in recruiting another supporting team member.

Your key responsibilities would include:
Triage, prioritise and resolve Level 2 or 3 operational events.
Develop and continually improve technical support processes and tooling.
Collaborate and plan with other development managers to allocate work across the team and ensure individual skills are developed, and business requirements are met.
Facilitate technical discussions and manage conflict.
