Purpose of role
Security is obviously an important part of any SaaS business and the platform team needs someone to help with their security management to make sure everything is as secure as it needs to be across the board
Your role
You'll be looking after security aspects of the platform and liaising with external vendors around any compliance work and certifications needed. You'll help identify any gaps in their current security structure across the board and make sure best practices are being followed by the development team
Key Requirements
A strong understanding of the software security space and demonstrable experience looking after critical systems within an organisation
Sound working knowledge of AWS, Azure or another relevant cloud platform
An ability to problem solve and think on your feet
Strong risk management skills and understanding of best practices when it comes to code and security structure
Ability to work autonomously, be a self-starter and have a desire to make enhancements in the organisations best interest
