Your Role:
You will be responsible for managing the User Experience and Service Design workstream and being the voice of the user. You will partner with the development team, product owner and programme lead and guide them through design thinking and provide a consultative approach to steer them through their product delivery. You have a real passion for human centred design and have proven experience with successfully championing User Experience and Service Design.  

What we will be looking for:

  • Previous experience in a team environment, sharing your ideas and working collaboratively.

  • Previous experience in delivering outcomes with effective Service Design and User Experience.

  • Understanding of how the machinery of Government works including systems and processes.

  • Have excellent relationship management skills with the ability to influence others.

  • Be an innovative and creative thinker who can understand the end user’s needs and vision.
