You will be joining a cohesive and vibrant team within the ICT services group, who are responsible for delivering key solutions and technologies to the wider organisation.
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be working closely with key stakeholders to help them understand their business needs, along with implications changes will have on technology and process's. Your primary responsibilities will be business analysis, but you will also get the opportunity to work as a Scrum Master on two core systems (ServiceNow and Dynamics 365). You will also keep up to date with adjacent project within the organisation to ensure cross impact analysis.
Strong experience working with Agile methodologies - a current Scrum certification is a bonus
Proven business process improvement experience, along with a diverse understanding of technical environments
Confident written and verbal communication skills and the ability to engage or influence stakeholders effectively
Prior project experience with either ServiceNow or Dynamics365 CRM is advantageous
Experience with digital or web technologies, along with strong delivery experience
