The organisation is a central government agency tasked with meeting the learning needs for kiwis young and old alike and ensuring they are ready to take on an ever-changing world
Background to role
The position comes under a program of work that is transforming a legacy system that is much more user friendly, less reliant on manual labour to process and far more cost effective for the organisation and the taxpayer.
Your role
Your role will be to hit the ground running and work with the team of developers to refine the architecture and design of the solution and ensure that the eventual design meets the functional requirements
Key skills you will bring
Significant experience working within solution architecture in a government setting
Expertise in design patters, systems patterns and development patterns
A broad technical knowledge of IT - Primarily Microsoft focused and in particular, understanding of Azure services
Ability to think on your feet and respond to a challenging and changing landscape
A growth mindset and commitment to improvement
